Henry D. Fahman, Chairman and CEO


Mr. Fahman has more than 25 years experience in general management, finance, investments and corporate strategy. He holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in finance and economic analysis and policy, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP166) from Harvard Business School. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Creating Corporate Advantage, and Advanced General Management.

Previously, Mr. Fahman served as a Resettlement Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He is currently Chairman of PhiLand Ranch Limited, a public company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and as a member of the board of directors of other subsidiaries of PHI GROUP.


Tam T. Bui, Director


Mr. Bui has served as Chief Technology Officer and intermittently Chief Operating Officer of the Company since May 2002. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Minnesota and has attended continuing Education at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has over 20 years of experience with Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Inc. and TRW in various capacities such as Project Director, Department Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager. One of Mr. Bui's major responsibilities has been the construction of dual Emergency Command Control Communication (ECCC) centers and implementation of LAPD ECCC Systems.


He has broad knowledge and extensive experience in the areas of operations, project management, information technology, human resource management, and change management. Previously, he served on the board of directors of Nettel Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Bui holds a California real estate broker license and is a member of the Board of Directors of PhiLand Corporation, a subsidiary of our Company focused on real estate development in Vietnam.


Frank Hawkins, Director


Founder and CEO of Hawk Associates with nearly 30 years of award-winning investor relations experience, Mr. Hawkins has earned the wide respect of Wall Street's investment community for straight talk and integrity. He was formerly vice president/corporate relations and planning and head of the investor relations program at Knight-Ridder, Inc. in Miami.


Mr. Hawkins started his career as an agent handler in clandestine collection operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Germany and went on to become a foreign and war correspondent, international businessman,

senior corporate executive and president of the Access Asia Group in Hong Kong. He has lived in eight countries. He has been involved in stock listings in Tokyo and Frankfurt and company presentations in London, Zurich, Geneva and Singapore. Fluent in German, he is a graduate of Cornell University and author of "Ritter's Gold," an adventure novel published in several languages by the New American Library. He is a member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers and the Audubon Society and is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World. He serves on the board of the Florida Keys Electric Cooperative.


Tina T. Phan, Secretary & Treasurer


Holding a B.S. in management information systems from California State University, Los Angeles, Mrs. Phan served as Vice President of Operations for Providential Securities, Inc., an investment banking and brokerage firm in Southern California. Mrs. Phan also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Company from January 2000 to April 2009.


Timothy Pham, Vice President of Operations, Director and President, Philand Ranch


Mr. Pham graduated in 1991 from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration in the fields of Finance and Marketing.

From 2002 through 2003, Mr. Pham was a registered representative at NT Securities in Chicago, Illinois. Through 2004, he worked as a registered representative at Golden Beneficial Securities Corp. From April 2006 to July 2011, Mr. Pham served as Executive Vice President for Cavico Corporation, a US public company with operations in Vietnam.


Tino Joshua, Vice President, Indonesia Operations


Mr. Joshua began his career as a forwarding agent and he was General Manager of a Malaysian shipping agency.  He has over 10 years' experience in the shipping and logistics industry and in import-export business.


Mr. Joshua also has extensive experience in the mining and resources industry and has access to significant mineral and plantation agriculture resources in Indonesia such iron ore, gold, manganese, nickel and palm oil.  He has established partnership with Korea International Agency (KOICA) and strong relationships with customers in India and Southeast Asia.

He obtained a Diploma in Accounting from Accounting Academy AA YAI, Jakarta and studied Business Management in 1997.
